Detailed Process:
Step 1: Submit Application
The organization or individual submits one (1) complete application set for the Cross-Border Transport Permit between Vietnam and Cambodia to the Department of Transportation through the Provincial Public Administration Center.
Step 2: Review and Notification
If the application requires modifications or additions, the competent authority will notify the organization or individual directly, in writing, or through the online public service system within one (1) working day from the date of receiving the application.
Step 3: Issuance or Rejection
Within two (2) working days of receiving the complete and valid application, the Department of Transportation will issue the Cross-Border Transport Permit between Vietnam and Cambodia.
In case of rejection, the Department of Transportation will notify the applicant in writing or through the online public service system, stating the reasons for the rejection.

Application Submission and Result Collection Time: Follows administrative hours from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
